Advice Notes

The Planning Inspectorate periodically issue Advice Notes on many topics related to the making and determination of definitive map orders and public path orders. These Advice Notes are intended to inform and assist participants in the processes, but are published subject to the restrictions stated in each Advice Note. PINs retains all copyright. Any enquiries about the content or re-publication of PINs advice notes must be directed to the Planning Inspectorate.
